As a thank you to our veterans, we offer a 5% discount on all tents, toppers, drawers, and larger items, and a 10% discount on all parts and accessories. We occasionally run promotional deals throughout the year that you can find out about on our social media @sloopimports.

At this time, we are not exploring any cross-promotion discounts on any of our products. We are happy to take inquiries and keep you in mind if anything changes.

Currently, we do not have a traditional storefront. If you happen to be in the area, we are happy to schedule a for you to come by and take a look at anything you are interested in and answer any questions you may have. If you are in the California area you can see our RTT’s featured at Rhino Adventure Gear in San Marcos.

We are always interested in exploring opportunities to expand our retail distribution. Please contact Sales@Sloopimports.com with any inquiries.

We can ship all of our smaller accessory items throughout North America. Anything travelling freight will be limited to the lower 48. 

Absolutely! If you are interested in any of our products and happen to be in Steamboat Springs, CO you can schedule a time to come by and pick up your order. Please shoot us an email at Sales@sloopimports.com and we can schedule a time to come by!

Freight shipments will be quoted after checkout. If you would like an estimate before hand please reach out to us at: Sales@sloopimports.com 

While we recommend having your tent shipped to a commercial address it is certainly possible to have your tent delivered to your home address. Please note that UPS may contact you to come pick your tent up from their warehouse if you are in a hard to reach location or they do not have a truck with a lift gate. We recommend having a friend or two with you to assist with unloading. 

In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives to you damaged, please get into contact with us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) so we can start the claims process and get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible. If you have ordered a tent we will send you detailed instructions for the recieving of your tent and what to do if it arrives damaged. 

Our tents work great with all kinds of roof rack systems, if you have a rack you are unsure of please do not hesitate to give us a call or shoot us an email and we can let you know. If you do not have a roof rack currently and are wanting the complete package of a rack system and an RTT we can recommend a vehicle specific system that will work for you!

All of our tents and toppers are designed with the customer in mind. Most applications just require a friend or two and a case of beer to help you get your tent on to your roof rack, or topper onto the bed. From there it is a pretty straight forward bolt on application.
